The dungeons are not accessible to wheelchair users. The dungeon is accessible to the visually impaired and those who do not have mobility problems. The park for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM) is accessible, and there are regulatory ramps in the necessary places.

Rivne Park, named after Taras Shevchenko, is a park monument of horticultural art of state importance. More than 150 species of trees and shrubs grow on the territory of the park, many of which are valuable, rare and exotic: North American (Engelmann spruce, Weymouth pine, catalpa bignionoid, maple, red oak), Far Eastern (Amur velvet), South European (European forsythia, edible chestnut, evergreen boxwood), species from China and Japan, Central Asia (Oriental biota, Sulanja magnolia, tall ailant, Japanese quince).
The age of individual trees reaches 150-200 years. This is the largest city park in the city's central part.
Sports and concert venues and cozy cafes are also located here. The "highlight" of the city is the mysterious dungeons of Rivne, located in the Shevchenko Park of Culture and Recreation. These ancient dungeons, discovered in the central part of Rivne, are one of the most mysterious locations in the city. They came across them almost by accident: in the park near the fountain, the asphalt had collapsed, and under it was... a tunnel, deep and branching. Most experts agree that the dungeon was rebuilt at different times. Its oldest fragment can be identified with the 16th-17th centuries.
Currently, scientists are inclined to the opinion that the underground corridors that run under the modern Shevchenko Park are nothing more than the secret passages of the Lyubomirskys. However, it is not excluded that there were also much older settlements in this place. After all, an alternative version emerged during further research and discoveries: these passages could have been built during the times of Kyivan Rus.
Meanwhile, the architectural complex "Mysterious Dungeons of Rivne" is a monument of antiquity and a modern interactive location. They plan to show a light and music show at the facility. In the dungeons, quest rooms with multimedia interactive equipment allow you to learn the history of Rivne.
